Had an awesome group vacation! We spent our days at Jenkinson's Breakwater Beach and enjoyed the rides at Casino Pier. The location was perfect. close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and the rooms were neat. Definitely check out the beach passes they offer!

The location is fantastic, right near the beach, and the front desk staff were super friendly. However, the furnishings are quite worn, the bathroom is very small, and cleanliness could be improved in areas like the couch and bathroom sink. Overall, it’s a decent stay for a beach getaway.

We had a great time! The kitchen was a lifesaver when we wanted to cook, and the pool was clean and well maintained. Just be cautious of the pull-out bed. it wasn't in great shape!

Great family vibe!
We had a nice 2-night stay and the staff were super friendly! The pool was a hit with the kids, and I felt safe with the double locks on our room door. The kitchenette was really handy for quick meals. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better. it kept dropping. Would definitely recommend!

great location but cleanliness needs improvement
The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The swimming pool looked clean and inviting, a nice escape from the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated having beach passes available, which made our beach outings effortless.
However, I noticed that cleanliness in our room left much to be desired.

Great Family Stay with a Few Hiccups
Our stay in the Studio with Kitchenette was fun with the kids! While the overall experience was tainted by a rude staff member, the owner was very accommodating and took our feedback seriously. Don't forget to enjoy the nearby boardwalk and beach activities, and be sure to inquire about parking early.

The location of Surfside Motel is fantastic. you can just walk across the street to the beach or boardwalk. The staff greeted us warmly and handled our requests promptly, which was really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed mildew odors immediately upon entering, and the bathroom had some issues. there were stains and it clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The pool area was also disappointing, with debris floating around and it seemed like no one had cleaned it in a while. The lack of housekeeping during our stay was inconvenient. We had to request towels and take out our trash ourselves. The rooms felt quite outdated with furniture showing signs of wear and tear. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, which helped during the hot nights. Also, the proximity to local attractions is a definite plus, making it easy to enjoy the area. If cleanliness and maintenance are improved, this could be a great spot to stay.
